I am the Breast Cancer Recovery Coach, a victorious breast cancer survivor. I coach women breast cancer survivors so that they can recover completely. So they no longer worry about the recurrence of breast cancer. I chose to become the Breast Cancer Recovery Coach, because healing from my own breast cancer was the single most profound and transformational experience of my life.

My mission is to elevate global awareness regarding "wellness".

As a teacher, administrator, curriculum designer, trainer and supervisor, I designed and implemented many successful innovative educational programs.

That's what I do with clients now. Drawing on my extensive teaching experience, I use a variety of specific coaching protocols and transformational strategies, often within a spiritual framework, to create optimal individualized recovery programs designed for your needs.

I'm trained and certified in a multitude of technologies - Holistic Life Coaching, Stress Utilization, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Inner Child Work, Whole Body Learning, DreamWork, Relationship Transformation, Hypnotherapy, Creative Visualization, Treatment and Prayer, "A Course in Miracles", Meditation, Radical Awakening and guiding the Gateway to Conscious Evolution. I have studied deeply with eastern spiritual teachers as well as teachers in other spiritual traditions.

I lead workshops, seminars, am a public speaker and a published author. I am the Founding Director of the Breast Cancer Support Center, and the Director of Emerson Institute's Professional Leadership Development Program. My many years of deep study and experiential training inform and enhance our work together. I am a member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).

My Story

Like you, I had breast cancer. And this might seem strange but

Breast cancer saved my life.

For me, breast cancer became a wake-up call.

Before being diagnosed, I was stuck in a passionless marriage, a highly stressful career which demanded long hours, a pessimistic attitude and unhealthy eating. My life was boring, filled with stress, overwork and unconscious behaviors. I saw no options.

I was numb to my feelings. I knew nothing about the power of the mind to create the life I wanted. I did not even know there were fundamental Laws of the Universe, that when practiced, would make my life so easy, rich and rewarding. At the time, I felt like a victim - powerless and unhappy.

Through the prompting of friends and my own inner knowing I decided to participate in a four week holistic treatment program, Getting Well - Mind-Body Health for a New You! as part of my cancer treatment. Of course insurance didn't cover the cost, so it was a huge commitment on my part.

Little did I know at that time that the recovery treatment program would not only help me to heal breast cancer, but more importantly, would help me to heal my LIFE ! I left my old values, beliefs and behaviors, and began moving to greater health, joy and fulfillment. Suddenly, I had options! Complete recovery was possible!

Seeing how fragile and potentially fleeting life could be, I could no longer tolerate being half alive. My work in the program got me started on my journey from an unintegral, unfulfilling, non-participatory victim consciousness, to a whole new way of co-creating my life - making authentic choices in every moment...being in the "Now".

Through the years I discovered how my limiting childhood beliefs had been keeping me locked inside a keg of painful rage. I learned the fascinating keys to successful living, extraordinary living...I become empowered, fulfilled and transformed. I began a journey of discovering Who I Really Am. And I love what I found.

I've learned so much.

The most important outcome of the cancer recovery treatment program and the ensuing work I did, was that I stopped recurrence of breast cancer. I've been cancer-free for over twelve years now. In addition to excellent health, I transformed so many aspects of my life - relationships, career, finances, friends, my relationship with Source Energy - my entire outlook on life. I learned that

In the holistic treatment program, and for many years afterwards, I explored my hidden feelings. I learned to recognize and effectively cope with anger, overwhelm, resentment, sadness and other feelings as well. I did a lot of inner work. I studied and healed and felt my way back to perfect health.

Through my study of behavioral medicine I reduced stress by implementing nutrition strategies, exercise programs, meditation, relaxation and creative visualization techniques. I applied the power of prayer, virtual reality and breath therapy. I used the body and the mind as tools for healing. All options were fully embraced as possibilities for healing. Having embodied the significant aspects of these methods, I now successfully share my wisdom, knowledge and experience with my clients.

I discovered and verified that we can help HEAL the manifestations of breast cancer so it doesn't reoccur! We can recover fully!
